Fixing Your Sweet Tooth

Oh, no. I'm not a dentist to "fix" your sweet tooth.

As a certified personal trainer, I'm educating and helping people get on healthy lifestyle by losing weight, getting fit and really enjoying their lives.

Here I'm talking about the sweet stuff that blows up your eating plan.

Excess sugar intake can lead to the pounds around your mid section and heart disease. A simple rule is to keep it to 100 calories of added sugar.

Unfortunately, most Americans get about 430 calories of added sugars daily -- enough extra to easily contribute to the growing pandemic of obesity and cardiovascular disease.
